Abstract submission:

Authors are encouraged to submit their abstracts via through electronic mails and all submissions are duly acknowledged by the Congress Secretariat. Both, an abstract and an extended abstract should be submitted for reviewing process. Once an abstract is submitted, it will be subjected to a double-blind peer reviewing process for evaluation. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Congress proceedings of the PGIHS-RC-2018 and authors should make an oral presentation at the Congress. The extended abstract will not be published in the Proceedings and will be used only for the reviewing process. Authors should follow the guidelines given below before submitting their abstracts.

• Authors should submit abstracts and extended abstracts using templates downloaded from the Congress website.
• Abstracts should be short, clear and written in English.
• Research work presented or published elsewhere should not be submitted for the PGIHSRC-2018. If plagiarisms is detected in the review process, then that abstract will be rejected without any further reviewing.
• Abstracts should be carefully compiled and thoroughly checked for the content and also for typographical errors. Abstracts should reflect findings of already completed research.
• All abstracts should fit one side of a page and containing between 350 and 400 words. Figures, tables and references should not be included in the abstract. If required, the source of funding of the research may be acknowledged by a single sentence. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Congress proceedings after editing.
• The length of the extended abstract should be no more than 4 pages (A-4). Figures, tables and references may be included in the extended abstract. The extended abstract will be used only for the review process and will not be published in the proceedings of the Congress. If an extended abstract is not submitted along with the one-page abstract, it will not be reviewed.
• Authors can submit abstracts under one of the ten thematic areas of the Congress. However, the Editorial Board of the Congress reserves the right to change the theme of the abstract if deemed necessary.

Please note that all communications (sending review comments, informing decisions, receiving revised versions of the abstracts, proof reading of the abstracts and receiving camera ready copies of the abstract, etc.) will be carried out through e-mails. The status of the submitted abstracts can be tracked using the Congress website.
